Every QUIETUDE band fits the WHOOP 5.0 and the WHOOP MG. None of them fits the WHOOP 4.0, which uses a different attachment. One size, adjustable, no tool needed. The WHOOP sensor is not included.

Which band for which use
- Every day — an Originals: plain, quiet, the cheapest.
- Gym and sweat — an Originals or a Designed Band, both in elastic weave.
- Sea and pool — any of the woven ones, rinsed in clean water after salt or chlorine.
- Office, under a shirt — a dark Originals, or a Meridian if you want it to read as a watch.
- Dressed up — a Meridian or a Luxe Leather.
- As a gift — a Designed Band, with a matching charm.
ECG and Heart Screener
Woven bands are not conductive. The ECG and Heart Screener on the WHOOP MG require a conductive band. Sleep, strain, recovery and heart rate all work as usual.
Care
Warm water, mild soap, dry flat. No washing machine, no tumble dryer, no bleach. Rinse in clean water after the sea or a chlorinated pool.
