Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days. Counted from dispatch: 2 to 4 business days for France and Monaco, 3 to 6 for Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy, 4 to 8 for Austria, Ireland, Portugal and Switzerland.
Nothing showing yet?
A tracking number can take 3 to 5 days to show its first scan. Until the carrier records it, the number exists but returns nothing. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Still stuck?
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, write to us with your order number. We open a claim with the carrier and reship or refund you.
