Right of withdrawal
Under European consumer law you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, a band that has been worn on the skin cannot be resold and may be refused or refunded in part.
How to return an item
- Email us at quietudebands@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We send you the return address and a return reference within 48 hours.
- Ship the item back with tracking. Keep the proof of postage.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item is faulty, damaged, or not the item ordered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Card refunds usually appear within 3 to 5 business days after we issue them.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
Wrong generation ordered
Our bands fit WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG only. They do not fit WHOOP 4.0. If you ordered the wrong generation, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies.
Legal guarantees
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law.
