Right of withdrawal
Under European consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Condition of returned items
Items must come back to us unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and in a condition that allows resale. For hygiene reasons, a band worn against the skin cannot be put back on sale: it may be refused or refunded in part.
How to return an item
- Write to us at contact@quietude-bands.com with your order number and the item concerned.
- We send you the return address and a return reference within 48 hours.
- Send the item back with tracking. Keep your proof of postage.
Return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the order.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the return, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days. A card refund usually appears within 3 to 5 business days after we issue it.
Faulty or incorrect item
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or does not match your order, write to us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We cover the return postage and send you either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Wrong generation
Our bands fit the WHOOP 5.0 and the WHOOP MG only. They do not fit the WHOOP 4.0. If you ordered for the wrong generation, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies as normal.
Statutory guarantees
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by French law.
