Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number.
- Payment data: handled directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Browsing data: pages viewed, device and browser type, through cookies.
- Marketing data: your email address, only if you sign up.

How long we keep it
Order data: 10 years, as required by French accounting rules. Marketing data: 3 years from your last interaction, or until you unsubscribe. Cookies: 13 months at most.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment providers, our fulfilment and shipping partners, and our email provider. We never sell your data.
Some of these partners are located outside the European Union. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access your data, correct it, erase it, receive it in a portable format, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted. Write to contact@quietude-bands.com: we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
