- Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it
Order data: 10 years, as required by French accounting law. Marketing data: 3 years from your last interaction, or until you unsubscribe. Cookies: 13 months maximum.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment providers, our fulfilment and shipping partners, and our email provider. We never sell your data.
Some of these partners are located outside the European Union. Transfers are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to its processing, or restrict it. Write to quietudebands@gmail.com and we will answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
