Where we ship
We ship to 42 countries: the 27 European Union countries plus Monaco, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Morocco and the six Gulf countries — United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. All orders leave from France.
Costs
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum, to the European Union, Monaco, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. To the United States, Canada, Australia and the Gulf countries it is charged at €3.29; to Morocco, €3.57. Again with no minimum. Any charges are shown before you confirm your order.
Dispatch
Orders leave within 48 hours, on business days. An order placed after 2 pm on Friday, at the weekend or on a public holiday leaves on the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, and you can follow it on the Track my order page.
Delivery times
5 to 12 business days everywhere we ship, in Europe and in the rest of the world. Counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

These are estimates given by our carriers, not guaranteed dates. Busy periods and customs checks can add a few days; clearing customs is the least predictable part of any delivery outside the European Union.
Prices and currencies
Prices are shown in your local currency: euro, Czech koruna, Danish krone, złoty, Swedish krona, forint, leu, Norwegian krone, Icelandic króna, Swiss franc, pound sterling, US, Canadian or Australian dollar, UAE dirham and riyal. Conversion follows the day's rate; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout.
In Morocco, prices are shown and charged in euros: the Moroccan dirham is not one of the payment currencies available on our store. Your bank then applies its own conversion rate, so the dirham amount on your statement may differ slightly from the price shown here.
Customs and taxes
All prices shown are net of tax: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. For deliveries within the European Union, there are no customs duties and no extra charges on arrival.
Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Morocco and the Gulf countries sit outside the European customs union. Customers there may be charged import VAT, customs duties and a carrier handling fee on delivery. These amounts are set by the local authorities, are not collected by us, and are not included in the price paid here. They are payable by the recipient before the parcel is released.
If a parcel is refused at customs, or left unclaimed and returned to our address, we refund the order less the return charges the carrier bills us.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address before confirming your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we send it out again once you have paid the new delivery charge.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or if your parcel arrives damaged, write to us with your order number. We open a claim with the carrier, then either resend your order or refund you.
