These terms govern every order placed on this store. Placing an order means you accept them. We may update them at any time; the version in force is the one published when you order.
3. Products
Our products are accessory bands and charms compatible with WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG devices. The WHOOP device itself is not included and is not sold by us. QUIETUDE is an independent accessory brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WHOOP, Inc. WHOOP is a trademark of WHOOP, Inc.
Product photographs are illustrative. Minor variation in colour and finish between the photograph and the delivered item does not constitute a defect.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of applicable VAT. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm the order. We may change prices at any time, but the price applied is the one displayed when you place your order.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an abnormal quantity for a consumer.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering, through the secure payment providers available at checkout. We never store your card details.

9. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
10. Liability
Our products are accessories. They perform no medical function. Any health or fitness measurement is performed by your WHOOP device, not by our band, and we make no claim about its accuracy.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
