2. Scope
These terms govern every order placed on this store. Placing an order means you accept them. We may change them at any time; the version that applies is the one online when you place your order.
3. Products
Our products are bands and charms compatible with the WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG sensors. The WHOOP sensor itself is not included and is not sold by us. QUIETUDE is an independent accessories brand, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WHOOP, Inc. WHOOP is a registered trademark of WHOOP, Inc.
Product photographs are for illustration. A slight variation in colour or finish between the photograph and the item delivered is not a defect.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and are net of tax. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed as soon as you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a quantity that is abnormal for a consumer.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of the order, through the secure payment providers offered at checkout. We never store your card details.
7. Delivery

8. Withdrawal and returns
See our Returns and refunds page. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
9. Statutory guarantees
All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
10. Liability
Our products are accessories. They perform no medical function. Any health or activity measurement is carried out by your WHOOP sensor, not by our band; we make no claim as to its accuracy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
